Roll-forming machine for aluminium slats C80 (drop-arm and drop systems)

Ecologically designed and highly adaptable machine for roll forming C80 slats and load-bearing drop-arm profiles (input strip width 94 mm, final profile width 80 mm, thickness 0.40–0.44 mm). Equipped with an OT150 decoiler for smooth unwinding of aluminum strip, a profiling section with a powerful 1.5 kW gear motor, and hydraulic tooling for punching and precise cutting of slats and FeZn heads under the control of a CyPro PLC. The unique modular design allows the rollers to be set to either the left or right side as desired, which facilitates placement in the production plant.
