Sample draft of an offer — no prices

How an offer is composed — anonymised example

A professional offer is not a single price: it is a transparent structure of positions, terms and confirmed decisions. This page shows how our draft is built from questionnaire answers — the same structure we use for real projects.

Each position below is derived from the questionnaire of the previous page. The price column is deliberately empty here: prices are set from the confirmed price list for the final configuration.

Notes that travel from the answers into the draft

Where people at SKOVELA decide — not only the AI agent

1Technical confirmation

A technical person checks the configuration, tooling scope, material data and acceptance criteria against the questionnaire.

2Price from the confirmed price list

A commercial person sets the price for the final configuration and obtains the internal approval.

3Delivery, FAT and logistics

Delivery time, Incoterms, packaging, transport and the FAT date are confirmed with the responsible person.

4Binding offer and contract

The binding offer, contract and payment terms are signed by the responsible person; the AI agent never issues a binding offer.

Anonymised example — no prices and no company names. The draft is for illustration; the binding offer, price and deadline are always confirmed by a responsible SKOVELA person.
