🔍 VIES Tax and Address Data Verification
Before concluding a contract, we always verify the validity of the buyer's tax number (VAT ID) through the VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) system of the European Commission. The verification includes:
🏢 Company Headquarters
Verification of the official registered office address of the company, compliance with the register (AJPES / local register), full company name and VAT taxpayer status.
📍 Delivery / installation address
Checking the address for delivery and installation of the machine. If it differs from the registered office, we also check this address (warehouse, production hall, construction site).
Cross-border business
For deliveries to other EU member states, we check the validity of the VAT ID number in the VIES system and prepare documentation for VAT exemption (reverse charge).
🌍 Export Outside EU
For customers outside the EU, we prepare export documentation: invoice without VAT, customs declaration, certificate of origin of goods (EUR.1), CE declaration of conformity.
