Industrial roll-forming machine for aluminum slats Z90
High-performance, fully automated roll-forming line designed for continuous series production of Z90-type aluminum slats (input strip width 114 mm, thickness 0.40 mm, recommended supplier Metalcolor). It includes a decoiler with automatic speed adjustment according to feed rate, integrated hydraulic punching tools, an automatic cutter, and a gear-driven hook driving system. Professional CyPro PLC control software with HMI screen supports up to 30 preset recipes with calculation of all feed rates. Each finished package receives a label with barcodes and a data archive.

Roll-forming machine for aluminium slats C80 (drop-arm and drop systems)
Ecologically designed and highly adaptable machine for roll forming C80 slats and load-bearing drop-arm profiles (input strip width 94 mm, final profile width 80 mm, thickness 0.40–0.44 mm). Equipped with an OT150 decoiler for smooth unwinding of aluminum strip, a profiling section with a powerful 1.5 kW gear motor, and hydraulic tooling for punching and precise cutting of slats and FeZn heads under the control of a CyPro PLC. Automated roll-forming machine for heavy galvanized head rails (Head Rails U58×56)
Professional line (Model: SPL12_U56C1P1_GRP1_2501, operating with the CyPro PLC controller) for roll-forming and complete processing of upper FeZn heads (U58×56×0.6 mm or U52×57 mm profile). Compatible with all standard blind systems (F60, F80, C80, Z90, S90). The machine automatically performs precise cutting to the desired length and simultaneously applies labels for easier identification. Z90 — aluminium slats (not wooden)
The Z90 profile system refers to the aluminium slat profile used in external venetian blinds. The slats are aluminium lamellas — not wooden. Aluminium provides durability, corrosion resistance, light weight and long service life in outdoor conditions.

Slats (lamellas) are the horizontal strips of the blind that rotate to control light and air. SKOVELA machines form Z90 slats from aluminium strip in a continuous roll-forming process, producing precise, uniform profiles with high dimensional repeatability.
