1. Controller

The controller of personal data is SKOVELA d.o.o., Tekačevo 60, 3250 Rogaška Slatina, Slovenia (hereinafter: SKOVELA).

2. What data we process

Through the AI2AI form we process data you enter: company name, VAT ID, address, website, contact person, email, phone and any other data you voluntarily provide (including employee data if you add it).

For registry checks we use only the data point you entered (e.g. the tax number).

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process data to prepare a verifiable proposal and to answer your inquiry (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering a contract).

If you separately consent, we may also inform you about news and opportunities (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent, revocable at any time).

We do not sell data and do not publish them publicly.

4. AI2AI (KloPotEc) and human confirmation

The KloPotEc AI agent drafts a proposal based on the entered data and verifiable sources (official pages, technical specifications).

No proposal is sent without review and confirmation by a responsible SKOVELA person. VIES is used only to verify the validity of the VAT ID; the result shows the date of the check.

We do not use automated decision-making with legal effect.

5. Storage and protection

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose and to fulfil legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Only authorised SKOVELA persons and contracted processors (e.g. hosting, email) who act on our instructions have access.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time.

You can request erasure via the form (the »Delete my data« button) or at ai@skovela.com.

If you believe the processing is unlawful, you may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (https://www.ip-rs.si).
