Development agencies and banks
When agencies, funds or banks are involved โ the extended documentation we prepare for EU-funded and financed purchases.
Special case: when development agencies, investment funds or banks are involved (e.g. EU-funded tenders), we prepare an extended documentation package โ the same unified documents plus funding-specific requirements.

Business plan summary, machine specifications, cost estimate, reference letters, credit information โ for investment banks and development funds.
๐ EU tender package
Offer in the required format, technical specifications, pricing schedule, delivery terms (DAP typical), warranty declarations, VIES verification.
๐ค Investor package
Simplified set: contract summary, payment plan, delivery timeline, warranty certificate, contact persons.
๐ Supporting documents
CE declaration (2006/42/EC), EUR.1 origin, AI Act compliance statement, GDPR note, ISO/references on request.
What we need additionally: agency name, programme/tender reference, submission deadline, required document formats, invoicing rules (instalment invoices), language requirements.
