Parties, subject (ยง1), price and payment (ยง3, reverse charge), delivery (ยง5, DAP/FCA), bank details (ยง4), VIES verification.
๐ Annex 1 โ Specifications
Technical specification of the machine on A4 DIN 5008 format.
๐ฌ Annex 2 โ FAT
Factory Acceptance Test at SKOVELA before shipment.
๐ Annex 3 โ Delivery Protocol
Carrier, packaging condition, delivery address (VIES verified).
โ Annex 4 โ Commissioning
Final acceptance at your site, start of warranty.

12 months from commissioning, max 14 from shipping.
