📨 Step 2 — Order confirmation (order confirmation)
Send us the order confirmation (on letterhead or via portal). Specify the machine, quantities, Incoterms (DAP/FCA) and delivery deadline. The prepared proformas are in your portal.

💶 Step 3 — Payments (30% / 65% / 5%)
30% advance within 7 days of signing, 65% before shipment, 5% after the delivery protocol. Reverse charge (Art. 44, Directive 2006/112/EC) — VAT 0%.

The sales contract with annexes: 1 specifications, 2 FAT, 3 delivery, 4 commissioning, 5 warranty (12 months from commissioning, max. 14 from shipping).

Factory acceptance test at SKOVELA (Rogaška Slatina) before shipping — we invite you for a visit and work test. For EU funds: the banking package.

DAP delivery on a full trailer (2.4 × 6 m) with space for material pallets. EU regulations: tachograph 561/2006, lashing EN 12195-1, CMR. For extra-EU export: T1/T2, EUR.1.
