Kontratat dhe Procesi i Shitjeve

Si SKOVELA strukturon kontratat për makineritë — bazuar në dokumente kontraktuale aktuale, të anonimizuara, pa vlera komerciale.

Procesi i shitjeve — hap pas hapi

  1. Offer / Proforma — machine specification, price, Incoterms (FCA or DAP), delivery time
  2. Sale Agreement — signed by both parties (contract number assigned)
  3. Payment schedule — 30 % advance · 65 % before dispatch · 5 % after delivery protocol (percentages only — amounts per contract)
  4. Production — 4–5 months after order confirmation
  5. Technical Acceptance — machine test run at SKOVELA, Rogaška Slatina
  6. Delivery — Incoterms per agreement: DAP (delivered to destination) or FCA (buyer arranges transport)
  7. Commissioning — installation and start-up at buyer's site by SKOVELA installers
  8. Warranty — 12 months from commissioning, max 14 months from shipping

Marrëveshje shitjeje — struktura (e anonimizuar)

  • Parties: Seller SKOVELA d.o.o. (Tekačevo 60, Rogaška Slatina, VAT SI22433031) · Buyer — per contract
  • Subject (§1): roll-forming machine, model, serial number, proforma reference, HS code 8455 2200
  • Price and Payment (§3): net price excl. VAT; EU intra-community — REVERSE CHARGE (Art. 44, Directive 2006/112/EC); VAT 0 %; buyer self-assesses VAT
  • Delivery (§5): Incoterms DAP or FCA, destination, deadline, test trial at SKOVELA
  • Bank details (§4): SI bank (Banka Intesa Sanpaolo, IBAN SI56 1010 0006 2977 730) · EU bank (Steiermärkische Sparkasse, reverse charge)
  • Buyer verification: VIES verified (VALID) — checked before signing

Shtojcat e Marrëveshjes

  • Shtojca 1 — Konfirmimi i porosisë: produkti, modeli, çmimi neto, nënshkrimet
  • Shtojca 2 — Protokolli i pranimit teknik: testi i makinës në SKOVELA, lokacioni, modeli, nr. serial
  • Shtojca 3 — Protokolli i dorëzimit: afati, vendi i dorëzimit, modeli
  • Shtojca 4 — Protokolli i vënies në punë: vënia në punë te blerësi
  • Shtojca 5 — Certifikata e garancisë: 12 muaj nga vënia në punë, max 14 muaj nga dërgesa
  • Deklarata tatimore (DIN5008): statusi VIES, reverse charge, TVSH sipas këstit (0 %)

Transporti dhe dokumentacioni i BE-së

  • Incoterms DAP: seller pays transport to destination; buyer covers unloading, customs, local costs
  • Incoterms FCA / EXW: buyer arranges and pays transport from the factory
  • Tachograph and rest periods: EU Regulation (EC) 561/2006 for professional drivers
  • Loading security: EN 12195-1 · Cargo insurance: CMR convention · Customs: invoice, packing list, EUR.1 if required
