GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Scope of the Guarantee
- The Seller undertakes to repair or replace any defective parts or goods at no cost to the Buyer if the damage occurs within the guarantee period outlined below.
Duration of the Guarantee
- The guarantee is valid for twelve (12) months from the date the machine is put into operation, but not exceeding fourteen (14) months from the shipping date of the goods.
Notification of Defects
- The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing immediately upon discovering any defect.
- The Buyer must provide the serial number of the machine and a detailed description of the defect.
Repair and Replacement Process
- The defective part must be sent to the Seller for evaluation and repair or replacement.
- The Seller will complete the repair or provide a replacement part within a reasonable timeframe.
- Once the repair or replacement has been carried out, the Seller’s guarantee obligations are considered fulfilled.
On-Site Repairs
- If repairs or replacements are required to be performed at the Buyer’s location, the following costs shall be borne by the Buyer:
  - Labor, transportation, and accommodation expenses for the Seller’s personnel.
- The Seller will issue an invoice for such costs in accordance with its standard service rates.
Exclusions from the Guarantee
The guarantee explicitly excludes:
- Parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as belts, rubber rollers, gaskets, brushes, etc.
- Electrical parts.
- Defects caused by:
  - Incorrect use or operation of the machine.
  - Negligent maintenance.
  - Unauthorized modifications, tampering, or repairs performed by the Buyer or third parties.
- The Seller is not liable for injuries, property damage, or production losses resulting from the machine's operation or defects.
Third-Party Components
- For components not manufactured by the Seller (e.g., motors, electrical equipment), the Seller provides the same guarantee as received from its suppliers.
Compliance with Local Regulations
- The Seller does not guarantee that the machine complies with the laws, safety regulations, or accident prevention standards of countries outside the European Community (EC).
- The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the machine meets local laws and regulations. Any required modifications to comply with such standards must be performed by the Buyer, who assumes full liability.
- The Buyer indemnifies the Seller against any third-party claims arising from non-compliance with local laws and regulations.

FINAL PROVISIONS

This guarantee is valid only if all obligations under Sale Agreement No.: ____________________________ have been fulfilled by the Buyer.
Any disputes arising from this guarantee shall be governed by the terms and conditions of Sale Agreement No.: ____________________________, and applicable laws as stated therein.
