1. On ………… 202_ at the Seller’s plant in: SKOVELA d.o.o. Rogaška Slatina, test trials of the object of the aforementioned sale agreement presented below have been conducted:

2. The buyer hereby confirms that the machine (object of sale) is complete undamaged, meets the technical standards, it is compliant with technical and operating parameters as well as it and complies with his order placed with the Seller.
Project of sale is ready for shipment from Rogaska Slatina place to the Buyer’s plant.
